Good location for access to Disney. Small shop on site and nice pools. Bar disappointing and restuarant not very attractive at all. Overall a good place to base your self for a vist to Orlando with the option to sit by the pool of you wish. Netting around the small patio makes use of the patio uninviting but all units are the same
1) The directions on the web site are completly wrong and result in you being about 15 miles away in the wrong location 2) The lettings are now through the official managers of the condo so they need to call through to the owner to get clearance to access the unit. After initial access it was almost impossible to contact the actual agent letting the property ( we wanted to extend the stay but the agent did not answer our emails or text messages ) 3) It is described as a town house but it was an apartment

We were sent a letter giving us the address and key box code for the wrong room - a three bedroom unit when we had paid for four. After multiple phone calls to reach someone, we went to dinner. When someone finally called back - we were asked to move. We had already unpacked and purchased groceries so that was not convenient. We asked for someone to move us, but they were mostly concerned about the cleanliness of the room for the next guest. They came and inspected the unit while we were out, which I did not like. They then said we could stay. When we asked for a refund of the difference, the guy lied and told us the 3 bedroom was an upgrade. We did prevail, however, and did get a refund for the difference in cost.
See above. We liked the resort although it was much further away from the parks than the literature stated.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and amiable. Reasonably large and air conditioned room, it included climate control and WiFi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I truly enjoyed a reasonably clean bathroom.

The Regal Palms is a very nice place to stay. Clean and seems well maintained.
I did not like not being able to get WiFi when the booking said that there would be free WiFi throughout the resort.

The comfort of the rooms, they were very clean.
I wish there was a tv in the kids room, also a flat screen in the master bedroom would have been nice. My husband left a linen suit in the closet and once we returned home which was 2 hours later we called the Regal Palms and as of this date the suit has not been returned.

Regal Palms was nice, but if there were any problems, you had to contact the property manager, then they would contact the owner. Regal Palms had nothing to do with the townhomes.

We loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. But was disapointed about the cleanliness
But was disapointed about the cleanliness and also took us more than an hour to go in cause the key entry code they gave us didnt work we had to go back an get another one. Couldnt call the office because the only place we didnt get signal for our cell phones was at the resort.

The staff were very amiable. the location was marvelous on La Mirage Avenue near Sandmine Road. - the townhouse I stayed in was a nice size and had air conditioning in all three bedrooms.
